I don't know if this is the appropriate place for this topic but on account of a few bad decisions and laziness on my part, I have been left with NED as my last option. So what documents do I need for admission? Their website has the following to say:

a. Admit Card of Pre-Admission Entry Test
Attested Photocopy
b. S.S.C. or Equivalent Examination Mark sheet
and Certificate Attested Photocopy
c. HSC or Equivalent Examination Mark-Sheet
Original - to be retained by the University
d. Domicile
Original - to be retained by the University
e. Affidavit of non-political activities
Original
f. Three Passport Size Photographs
g. Hafiz-e-Quran Sanad, if applicable
Original
h. Migration Certificate (except Karachi Board)
Original

My question is regarding points b and c. Do they need the O' Level and A' Level certificates and statement of results in specific or are they talking about the IBCC equivalence certificates here? Thanks.

Nice. Congrats. Anyway, there is a little problem. My A' Level general certificate is with IBCC and I will get the equivalence and all the other certificates back on the 29th. The last date for NED is 28th. Should I submit the statement of result instead or should I just send in an application explaining the situation? I am from BSS Gulshan, btw.

No problem. Just send them the statement of results. It's written in the form that you are suppose to submit statement of results only.
I am from pats.
