What minimum grades are required in O levels and in A levels for NED?

Well O levels grades have no weightage in determining your merit. It is only your A levels grade that matters. It depends upon year to year. Some year the admissions will close around A A B, or other year it might be straight C's as well. As higher ur A level grades are as higher will be the chances of getting a good field at NED.
