Need help for certificate equivalency in riyadh!

Well, I have done IGCSE as a private candidate in Riyadh and now as per the requirements of the university,I need to equalize my certificate.So,can anyone guide me through this process as i'm getting tired visiting "ministry of education" and "ministry of higher education" with no help found!
Any help will be highly appreciated
