Need Help In computer Project Documentation

Hi all...
I have made a project on Admission system...can anyone give me help regarding to its documentation ???

The documentation portion comes right after the implementation. It's divided into 2 parts: technical documentation and user documentation. For the technical documentation, just make a table of contents with links to the design and implementation part of the project (it contains details about flowcharts, macros, program code, etc which is done in design + implementation), it's not that much work. For the user documentation, you have to explain the user the following (with images for visual aid):

-how to extract/install/run the program
-how to work with buttons/tools used in your program, e.g. explaining what an 'add record' button does.
-etc.

It's quite tedious though.. also, this is how I made the documentation phase of my project. It's ~50 pages.

This is how I did documentation

Technical Documentation:
- Little bou technical documentation, why is it useful.
- The tables used. Eg; I made the project on a Laboratory my tables were like Employee Table, Patients' Table etc etc.
- Software and Hardware used.
- Access Documentar. (hope you know how to obtain it)
-Codings used in Visual Basic 6.0 (if uve used visual basic, which i guess is compulsory after 2010 and onwards)

User Documenation"
-Little bou user documentation.
-Purpose and location of program.
-How to load the program (Take screenshotx to guide this)
-How to open main menu, different tables, how to close the program, how to add, delete, find, save, edit etc a form.(Take screenshotx to guide this as well)

and oh btw Documentation comes after Testing and not Implementation.

and i made like 336 pages of the project !
50 pages !
How did u fit everything in their ???

and i made like 283 pages and printing them was a fatigue.

Woaah, we started it in grade 10th but it wasnt until January that I took it seriously.
I made it on time by sticking my eyes to computer all day long and even while sleeping all I cud dreaam of was Testing rehti hey, Documentation mei reports bnani hey etc etc.

for all of u making 300 paged projcet:
are u guyz serious !!!!!!!!!!
coz i made a 150 paged project i ahrdly managed to stretch it that long.
canu guyz be more specific about the font u used and the number of words u have written.
and how much pages formed the techinical documentation part of the project?

My font size is 12 throughout except headings which are 14-16. And the technical documentation is 101 pages long.

our sir warned 12 is too little

Uss ki aankhain khraab ho jaaien gee and he would need thick glasses !

Guys 12 is the font required by the CIE as my Sir told me this !!

lol great idea.
i think i also read it sumwhr that 12 is the font size required but I think itx no compulsion as Ive seen past projects with font size greater than 12 and yet they achieved great marks. who cares for the font size anyway.

why ?? you have got such good grades is O1 so why give up the Cambridge ??

because in A levels u dont get good grades
9 A's walay log lurak jaatey hain A levels main !
So not worth it !
Then u have equivalence problem, you dont get admission to a good university
and the chain reaction continues !
