hi guys! i need help in the format of passages from the Holy quran and another great help would be if some could give me some verses from quran and hadith to add to the passages and notes on how to write and what to write. Thanks

1) mention the theme of passage in first sentence
2) mention revelation time i.e makkan or madinan phase of Prophet (saws) life
3) teachings of passage in (a) part preferably with quotation
&
in (b) part mention how muslim can put teaching in action ,with an example from Prophet (saws) life _if u remember
