This is Pakistan, You could easily do the "under-the-table"-wala kaam which people usually do for projects.
As far as I can help you out is just go through the project notes and advices which are scattered here.
You don't need a feasibility report.
I'm doing P3, I'm more fuckedactually P3 is much more straight forward.

man ! -__- i wish i lived in pak, how much do u have to pay 'em? All my other friends are going to coaching who takes like in your currency 3500 rupees just for computing ! but for us its like 5000 TAKA! wherease im doing two maths just for 4000 taka,
