Newest past papers availability?

So, I know that the very latest past papers are available onling for teachers within 24 hours of the test being taken, but I was wondering why there’s such a big gap between when sites like XtreemPapers and others get them and put them up?

I really want to know since I’m dying to take a look at the papers that I just took.

It would be against the rules of Cambridge , if they allowed it for teachers only and not for students , then there must be a reason why students should not put their hands on them. They should be released after the results announcement , which is - of course - not in 2010.
