btw, i did a really stupid mistake, i didnt square fx while finding volume of revolution, do i lose all 4 marks?

I think that you do lose all 4 marks since the question was to find the Volume.

So if you did write a Pie, and without squaring the fx and did the rest well, may be you could get 2 marks but i think this would be too beautiful.

I do not know. But since the response has been "catastrophic", and most pupils have had a hard time, let us cross our fingers that the threshold will be lowered. For most teachers, the paper was at a satisfactory level but most students are of the opinion that the paper was different from previous years.

Anyway soon, i will post the correction of November 2012 Paper 3 A Level.
