Nuclear Division!!

Assalamoalaikum!!
If anyone of u cud post some gud notes for the 4 phases of nuclear division--prophase,metaphase,anaphase,telophase...i wud be grateful!!

Walaikumusalam.
the mitosis part of the cell cycle is further divided into 4 phases.
1)PROPHASE:-
it has 2 parts, early prophase and the late prophase:-
in early phase of the prophase the chromosomes in the nucleus becomes visible(by thickening and shortening). the 2 centrioles move apart
in the late phase of the prophase the nuclear membrane disappearrs and the nucleolus also disappears. and centrioles move even further from each other. the chromatids pair up to form 1 chromosome(double structure)

2)METAPHASE:-
the nuclear membrane is completely disappeared and the centioles move towards the opposite ends(poles) and spindles(made from microtobules) are made from the centrioles.
the paired up chromatids line up in the middle of the circle(equator) of the spindle.

Each chromosome(double structure) forms 2 centromeres and split apart to form 2 chromatids.

3)ANAPHASE:-
its the phase of the mitosis where the splitted chromosomes go toward the end of each pole. centromeres first.

4)TELOPHASE:-
the nuclear envelop and the nucleolus re-forms around the 2 areas of chromosomes.
cytokineses takes place-division of the cytoplasm between two cells.
each new cell now has 1 centriole.
