O/A level attestation form confusion

Hello,

I want to have my Cambridge O/A level certificates attested through British Council. I'm trying to fill in the form (link: http://www.britishcouncil.pk/sites/...est_form_gceigcse_university_of_cambridge.pdf).

I'm confused about the meaning of "Number of original documents submitted". What does it mean? Don't we all have just one original document of each certificate and so I'd write "1" under the heading of "Number of original documents submitted." Does it mean serial number? I've not idea.

If you've filled in the form or know how to do so, please help me. Kindly have a look at the form and explain the thing.

Thanks so much,

Bates

If you are submitting both O and A-Level certificates then I guess that counts as 2.
E-mail them for help.
