I believe you have it the other way round! LOL but seriously, admission doesn't depend solely on O-Level certificates! There are other qualifications one could do, such as the IGCSEs. They also consider things like community service and higher qualifications like A-Levels. So in conclusion, no as it is based off a lot more factors than that.

That's nonsense xD what university is he referring to because that's some heck of a backwards university! It's usually the more qualifications the better and more likely you are to be accepted!
