is it necessary to write the surah and ayat numbr wth the quranic reference and likewise hadiths,can we write quranic quotes indirectly i.e chngig wording e.g the quran says that .....

I would say that never think of writing the verses indirectly.CIE hates this. Secondly, The number of the verses is not important at all.

surat number and ayat number is not necessary to be written u can just write "The Quran says that.. and write the quote learned..

You can write the name of the surah instead of the nmber, since the numbers are difficult to remember. But don't write the verse in an indirect speech. Quranic quotes can't have variations in them and they have to quoted exactly as they are. You quote hadith indirectly but never Quranic verses.
