Pak STudies,Urdu Islamiat

A/salam Humans!
I wanted to know if Pak Stds,Urdu and Islamiat are really required in Universities in Pakistan or not because I heard that if ALL of our certificates are from countries outside Pakistan then we don't need it...Is it true?
