The geography book by Sethi sucks. So much useless crap crammed into it. Personally, I would recommend you to just do past papers. The paper's these days are quite easy, but test you more on your ability to think critically and implement your knowledge. Doing past papers (especially with examiner reports) really helps in this regard.

Not any more. I gave my PST exams in Oct last year and got 2A*'s.
