Pakistani uni's.

If we pakistanis study our high school from abroad, are we considered as foreign students in pakistani universities ? if we have all the local subjects and everything like the local students.

I'm not sure,
I guess It's our will whether we want to sit as foreign or Local,
Cause foreign students have to pay more and their seats are seperate, whereas local seats it is hard cause more competition ,
