Paper 3 ICT: Can you use a highlighter pen?

For the last bit of paper 3, where they ask you to highlight codes on the html pages. Do you use a highlighter pen or do you highlight the code from the computer before printing it out?

Wait, is it compulsory to highlight using a highlighter? Our teacher has always taught us to copy the Source Code on to Microsoft Word and highlight it there before printing it out. :/

I have no idea, my exam is like after 2 hours and I'm still not sure. But according to those guys you have to use a highlighter.
