I had the experience of pending O level grades 3 years ago in the November 2011 session. My results were released about a month after the results day.

Had you copied in your exams?
It would be not just yours, but other candidates of your center as well.
You need to contact your center head about this.
Generally, you have to write a letter to CIE assuring you were not into the malpractice thingy.
That's it.
Last punishment is they will ask u to retake that subject.
If you won't, you will be ban for 5 years.
Don't lie to CIE, or play safe.
Copying in CIE examinations is equal to rob an American bank.
Stay good.

No, they did not reduce my grade - I got A* in both my subjects that session. I did not write a letter to CIE but my school contacted British Council. They said results were pending due to a "technical" error.

On the bright side, it might be a simple technical error. You can't be sure unless you receive an official feedback from CIE regarding this.

Did you email them or did you send a letter? If it's an email, they usually reply within 24 hours. But I reckon they are taking time to reply because Saturday and Sunday are holidays in Britain. Hopefully, you guys can expect to get a response tomorrow.
