Percentile or Percentage??

I can't discern any clear answer from that page. Can someone please tell me?

Will we be graded according to how others did as before or from now on our own marks alone will determine our grade?

Cambridge has a very big sample from around the world. They'll never mark on individual basis. Statistically and economically it will be a menace. A grade boundaries will still be set according to the overall performance of candidates. Its just that more marks will be needed to get an A* and that will be given a value of 90% (uniform mark scale is not easy to explain, its a complex statistical procedure). And A will have a value of 80%. Same amount of hard work will get you an A. But it'll carry a lower value. Thats it.
