Assalamoalaikum wa rehmatullah i wa barakatuhu!
The syllabus says u should know how to ''add and subtract coplanar vectors''. What are coplanar vectors??
Jazak Allah Khairen!! :)

Walaikumusalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu
when 3 or more vectors are added together, the same principes are applied as a closed triangle one, provided that the vectors are coplanar(all in the same plane) . the vector triangle then forms a vector polygon.

to subtract the vectors, reverse the direction(ie change the sign) of the vector to be subtracted, then add.

Linear represents straight line. Co-linear means all points lie in a straight line.
Planar represents a plane geometry. Co-planar means all points lie on a plane.
If the plane is parallel to any of the three coordinate planes viz x-y or x-z or y-z,
then all the points are represented only with two dimensions, as third dimension becomes zero.

A pair of vectors determines an unique plane.
The pair of vectors defining the plane and other vectors in that plane are called coplanar vectors.
in other words vectors that lie in the same plane.
you use head to tail rule to add or subtract these vectors.
in order to solve two or more than two vectors are coplanar
you just do
a.(bxc)=0, where a, b , c are vectors and . is dot product whereas x is cross product.
more another way
COPLANAR VECTORS
Three vectors are coplanar if there exists l, m∈R such that
i.e., one can be expressed as a linear combination of the other two.
r^=lp^+mq^ where p and q are vectors.
