hey !!! well thats the latest i got hope it helps
Q 1 :you have to set up a circuit using a
> power supply
>ammeter
>voltmeter
>semi conducting diode
>LED/ resistor
you have to dip the diode in cold water or ice cubes and you have to measure the tempreture before taking the readings
vary the voltage and take 6 readings from the ammeter and voltmeter
draw a table and plot a graph
not sure about question 2 but hope this helps
