Important topics would be,
General physics.
Basic knowledge of Electronics and Radioactivity.
Good concepts of Electricity and Circuitry.
Experiments for Lenses, Sound, Heat are essential to be learnt.
Other than that, precautions for avoiding errors and methods for getting precise values.
For now, just read all the experiments, build concepts about Circuitry.
Learn SI Units (and prefixes) and Formulas (Essential).
Papers - Solve AT LEAST 6 years of papers.
1 paper is of 1 hour. At home, you should be able to do 1 paper in 30-35 minutes.
It'll take you 7-8 hours to do the papers but they'll be worth it.
