I think 4(E) is either the yellow line or the brown one………………aint sure

Both are wrong... For the last part you have to measure the angle of refraction of line 1 and then refract the line 3 with the same angle and extend it...

For d its clear that line 2 is striking at 90 degree so it does not refract...
