A diode is an electronic device which allows current to flow in only one direction.
A potential divider is a device that can provide a variable diference across the selected terminal.any required fraction can be taped off the sliding contact.
A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify and switch electronic signals and power.
A capacitor is a passive two-terminal electrical component used to store energy in an electric field.
