F=mr ω ^2
or
F=mr(2π /T)^2
now mass is directly proportional to time period ...

or you know that
ω = 2 π / T
when angular velocity increases, time period decreases...

and since mass is inversely proportional to amplitude

when mass decreases, amplitude increases...
