1st law
sum of currents meeting at a point is always equal to zero

2nd law
algebric sum of emf's in a closed circuit is equal to algebric sum of potential differences
current is +ve if its in the direction of loop otherwise -ve
and emf is +ve if its from +ve to -ve terminal otherwise -ve!

hope u get it!
