Can someone pull of a B if we get a bad grade in Physics P4? I really messed up my exam.

dude listen alot of people did carless mistakes and although yes it was easy but dont you think people might fall for silly mistakes , for eg i think i lost 23 marks in core and 9 in app
and im sooo worried that i dont get an A cuz i got a C in AS i need to pull it up aleast to an B!!!
