Oh I am not sure which question u guys are talking about .. is it the one where the answers are delay , capacitor , motor ???
If yes , I found this question in 2005 I think , answer is motor.

Look at the definition of current: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_current

"Electric current is a flow of electric charge through a medium."

How can you store a flow of electric charge? The answer is stores energy I think.
