first apply principle of conservation of momentum....and then check if relative speed of approach+relative speed of separation

hmm....first use Ft to find change in momentum..it ll be -ve as force is in opp. direction...find new momentum.....u shud get it 60....use p=mv to find v now...u shud get 3.......
