Physical Quantities

Density = Mass/Volume
Pressure = Force/Area
Force = mass x acceleration
Work = force/distance movd
Area = length x width

Elasticity

Stress = Force/Area
Strain = extension/original length
Young modulus = Stress/Strain

Hypotenuse rule
helps in vectors

hypotenuse ^2 = opposite^2 + adjecent^2

Torque = force x radius

Equations of Motion
s = u t + 0.5 a t^2
v^2 = u^2 + 2 a s
2as = v^2 - u^2
V = u + a t

Kinetic Energy
0.5 m v^2

Waves
velocity = frequency x wavelength
wavelength = frequency/velocity

Progressive wave motion equation
y = a sin (wt - 2 pi x/wavelenth)

Phase difference
2 pi x/wavelength

Angular velocity
2 pi frequency time

frequency = 1/T

Electricity
current = charge x time

voltage = power/current

Resistance in series = R = R1 + R2 + . . .

Resistance in parallel = 1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + . . .

Power = force x velocity

Internal External resisitance
emf/v = r + R/ R

Resistivity= resistance x area/ length

Projectile motion

Maximum height
u^2 sin^2 theta/ 2g

Time of Flight
2 u sin theta/g

Horizontal range
u^2 sin 2 theta/ g

these are the pretty basic ones
Hope I helped :D

If I did remember to Thank me :D

@hateexams93: for the wave motion...check out the data booklet...and for projectile.....this is still incomplete...there are around 8 formulas i guess...lyk...two conditions...1) when anything is thrown from the top...2) when anything is thrown from the ground..!!
