guys what was the answer for the two questions in physics paper 31 that asked about why heat lost from the double glassed tube by radiation and conduction low?

rate of conduction was prevented by vacuum and glass was an insulator .. wacuum is not an insulator .. man ...is it correct to say that the heat lost as radiation is low as the vacuum acts as an insulator and that heat lost by conduction is low as the distance the heat needs to travel is long as the tube is double glassed?
