for the table related to log (T/s)
Simple, log (value+uncertainity) - log (value-uncertainity)/2


for example the first reading would be (Lg(T/s))

Lg(24) +/- lg(24+4)- lg(24-4) /2

(highest value - lowest value)/2
u don't need to know about fractional uncertainity.
