Physics paper 6 and chem paper 3 doubts

isn't it supposed to be like this?:
C has 1 multiplied by two atoms, which C is 2. and H is 3 multiplied by two, which means it is 6.

I didnt write the answers ,just read the thing again ,I helped the person to show how will be multiply by each.

PHYSICS:

1) Please Anyone explain to me what's a Parallax action and HOW to explain it (if incase i wanted to write it in the lense question)
2) You know how in Summer 2005 and winter 2008 there is this table with Quantity Measured and you need to underline one of the recorded values !! How do we do that ?? Is there a way to solve rather than guessing ??
EXAMPLE:

Quantity Measured Recorded Values
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Weight of an 0.7 N
empty 2250 cm^3 7.0 N
glass Beaker 70 N
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The volume of 0.6 cm^3
one sheet of this 6.0 cm^3

And so on .....

Parallax is human error. when we misread a length or a measurment
as for the underlining issue,
i suggest you randomly measure things in your house, it helps you take things logically, so if they bring a question related to something you've done you'll be fine my teacher told me about this method and it really helps
