PHYSICS PAPER 6, THE GRAPH QUESTION.. HOW TO FIND THE GRADIENT?

okay so basically, i know two ways, one is the triangle way, ie 0.5xbxh and the second is the y2-y1/x2-x1 but my answers for them are coming wrong. ps. i solved paper 62/m/j/2010 and paper 61/o/n/2010 and i tried many things but firstly i dont understand what the marking scheme says about these questions and two, what is my mistake?
