Agreed, I ended up with a 3.11 difference between them, which I used for the question below. I'm sure 11.3 or 11.4 will be accepted, because my friend rounded to 3sf both times xD.

all you had to do is add the two values nothing complex, i would have thought if it was anything but that they wouldve given u the formula
