I feel that these might appear in the exam coz of the length of time they have not appeared for some good time.

v and e/me of the electron
thermometers ie resistance and thermocuple
question on electric fields.
piezo-electric transducer question in application
charging and discarging capacitors.
emission and absorption spectrum under photoelectric emission

I think a question about wave modulation (AM and FM) is going to appear. It hasn't been on the exam for ages.

Question on mobile phone is definitely coming out and ultrasound has high chances of appearing also.

Id really like to agree with you.....but some of these are real tough topics....i guess ill add wheatstone bridge and Wave rectifictaion to these!
