for W09...Q17,it cnt be D since the total energies include both potential energies and kinetic energies to be same of ice and water,but it cant be,since the potential energy is diffrnt in them,tho kinetic energy is the same..
so the only option to be availaible is that mean k.e ONLY shud be same which is C.
