Are we allowed to take help from supervisor's or lab assistants during our CIE practical? For example, I have problem tying knots using strings, rubber bands et cetra, so, are we allowed to take minor helps from the incharge staff?

Yes your allowed, they may only deduct 1 mark max 2 for "big help" it says this on every Mark scheme
