Assalamoalaikum!!

well..dont feel like thinking much ...but here's a method...may it's bit lengthy anyways...make two eqns and solve them simultaneously!!

at t=12 s= 40...and t=18 s=80...
using s= ut + 1/2 at^2

make eqns....u and a unknown...solve simultaneously to get a
a=0.37

its very lengthy solution, i wonder how will i be able to do rightly this mcq in my first attempt in the real exam, when max time i can give is 2 minuts :|..need sheer mcq practice..

the distance travelled by the positive charge is zero
its just creates force at P and Q
so work done= force*distance
distance is zero so the work done will be zero...A
