Please Help! Exam in less than 4 hours :S

So I've been doing past papers but I've been getting so much stuff wrong, especially the organic questions. I've revised the syllabus so I know the theory but I can't seem to answer the damn questions! I'm panicking now, please help me out! Tell me what to do.
