please help!!! modular AS/A level units

Hello I'm currently completing the Supplementary Application Questionnaire for Cambridge and I have to enter the modular AS/A level units to be completed. Does anyone know the unit codes and titles for Biology 9700, Chemistry 9701 and Physics 9702? Or if CIE A level even is modular?
