They gave you an E grade...
Reporting of achievement

Each subject that a Cambridge international student takes at AS and A Level receives a separately certificated grade. From 2010, the Cambridge International A Level will be reported on a grade scale from A* grade, awarded for the highest level of achievement, to E, indicating the minimum required performance. Cambridge International Centres should note there is no A* grading in the certification of Cambridge International AS Levels, which will continue to run from Grade A to Grade E. Hate to break it up to you, but they gave you that grade!

Your post doesn't make sense, dude.

did i say anything wrong?

You get your grade in small letter if you've taken the AS-level components, and in capital letter if you've appeared in a whole A-level subject.

The OP was asking whether he's passed the whole A-level or just the AS-components, because, even though he took all the A-level papers, his certificate showed a small lettered e-grade.

You posted an entirely irrelevant answer.
