Assalamualaikum! It's just post exam stress; suffered from it in last season as well. Although, I don't really know about whether they deduct or not but for the mean time, chill out and focus on the remaining papers. In my English exam, I also got frustrated that whether I have written the question number right or not: I think, it's a general feeling.
