Pls HELP!! Commerce to Science (A LEVEL)

Hey guys. I'm currently taking IGCSE. I'm in the commerce stream, which means I take business, eco, etc. But, next year I'm thinking of switching to science. Do you think I'll be able to cope with the lessons?
I do take Combined Science too btw.
