As u see in the graph the temp stayed the same for a while and temp was 0 , so it melted at 0 degrees c....
so it water...
and it cant NaCl because it is ionic compound ionic compuonds have high melting point which is above 0

Minimum temperature of water cannot be zero...


After water totally freezes... It temperature falls below 0 ºC...
