How do you do the dilutions please help me :%)

do a serial dilution.
that is
use 10cm3 of the 0.8% solution and 0 cm3 this will be the 100%
then
5cm3 of the 0.8% and 5cm3 of water this will be the 50%
then 2.5cm3 of 0.8% solution and 7.5cm3 of watr.. and so on
hope this helped you im very good in bio practicals dont hesitate.

i don't get you. so it's like using 10 cm3 of the 0.8% solution to make up 100% of what exactly?
and then 5cm3 from the 0.8% solution of the one you make or from the original 0.8% solution. -.- im still a bit confused about serial dilutions sorry

this will be the 1st initial dilution it is 100% of the 0.8% its easier to write that than 0.8% then 0.4% its qiute confusing
