AOA,Are the following tips /patterns for the mentioned sections of Eng Lang paper correct?
Comprehension:
1.In qestions and answers we are supposed to write within the lines only?
2.In your own words means changing the wording and at the same time making the answers short(because such q's have usually a long answer)?
3.Q's with phrase "write in your own words" should only be answred in our own words rest can be answered by lifting the answers from paragraph and putting them onto the lines?
4.Generally all answers should be written in as precise way as possible?
Summary:
1.Points should be more than 15 to be on safer side?
2.In Continuous writing of summary two to three points should be combined together and transformed into our own words?
What are the complex sentence structures that cambridge encourages?
Oct/Nov 2011 mark scheme for paper 2, reading, Question 1 says in notes section of summary says ,
"If script is entirely verbatim lift give 0 for content" .
I want to ask that what is the differnece between verbatim lift and just lifting the sentences from paragraph(which is allowed for points)?
DEVILISHLY THANKFUL TO THOSE WHO READ IT!

for comprehension generally if your answers going too long then you neeed to re think. The lines give an approximate guidance
