PNEC or SEECS

Assalam u alaikum

I have a problem, I want to do electrical engineering from NUST but immensely confused to set my priorities.
Please tell me which campus of NUST is better, PNEC karachi or SEECS islamabad.
I havent heard anything good about karachi campus and want to finalize my decision soon. Kindly help me in this regard.

its not karachi awr islamabad or lahore.... Its the university name that counts in this case its NUST!
