i got K as element temprature as 4700 and left the 5 marks table

Are you sure it was carbonate? I wrote carbonate but my friends were insisting it was nitrate!

Effervescence with acid? Certainly it was a carbonate.

but hw are board exams leaked??? how is it possible?? i mean i hv never heard cambridge exam question being revealed before ..ppl were giving hints here that zinc carbonate sulphate might come but no 1 was certain

It was carbonate. Only one gas produces effervescence and that's carbon dioxide.
