What are the tests of oxidising and reducing agents?

Could somebody give a lists of oxidising and reducing agents?

Umm flurry...
i think the oxidising agents v need to know are acidified potassium dichromate and acidified potassium manganate.!

For the first one
K2Cr2O7....
the chromate is a transition element ..!
in the compund it has the oxidation state Cr+6...if a reducing agent is added..it reduces itself to Cr+3....turns orange to green.!
Remember the oxidising agent reduces itself while the reducing agent oxidises itself.!
For the second one....KMnO4....colour changes from purple(wen oxidation state is +7) to colourless (+2).!

The reducing agent is Potassium iodide....
its initially colourless(as most ionic cmpds r) and has oxidation state of -1 but wen its oxidised its colour changes to brown(O.S.becumz 0)...!

and what can come from organic chemistry?? no details nah like fractional distillation of petroleum? etc
