Well
Biology is easy. What you have to do is make sure that you know the simple definitions like "what is ecosystem" or polpulation etc
Also make sure that you are confident with the food tests like reducing sugar test, protein test...
Easy way to study is to have a copy of the Biology syllabus to know what to study and what not
Finally just keep answering past papers. Like before you go for the exam, make sure that u have answered all the pastpaer questions from 2008 to 2014
